Titilaka is located on the south-eastern shore of Lake Titicaca, far off the beaten path, in an area shared only with the local indigenous Aymara community of the same name. The hotel sits on four acres of grounds on a tranquil private peninsula and has two private beaches. This area is renowned for its ethereal beauty, an otherworldly frontier of sky, water and land, which was the cradle of Andean civilization, and remains home to some of Peru’s most traditional communities. Guests can relax in the array of spaces, from the outdoor wrap-around terraces, overwater deck and boardwalks, sitting areas, three lounges, main dining room and bar, fully-equipped media and reading room. The hotel has eighteen lake-facing rooms distributed on three levels connected by a central hallway. Rooms are clean, comfortable and contemporary in design and treat guests to unforgettable sunrises and sunsets and spectacular panoramic views of the lake, allowing you to immerse yourself in the lake’s immensity and breathtaking beauty.
