13-day Brazil Odyssey
This 13-day journey combines many of Brazil's cultural and scenic highlights. You will begin in the unmissable Rio de Janeiro with its beach culture, vibrant nightlife and exciting cuisine. Then leave the city life behind to explore Brazil's natural wonders: Iguazu Falls and the Pantanal wetlands, which provide the country’s best opportunities to view wildlife up close.

1 – 3: Explore the many charms of Rio de Janeiro, the Cidade Marvilhosa:
beaches, sun, football, and nightlife, all enjoyed to a backdrop of samba and bossa
4 - 5: Be captivated by the magnificent Iguazu Falls, the world's largest
waterfalls. Walk amongst the mist and rainbows generated by the roaring waters.
6 - 9: Discover the natural wonders of Pantanal, the remote wetlands that is
home to some of the continent’s most spectacular wildlife. Stay on a working
cattle ranch where you can observe many of the birds and animals from your
10 - 13: Continue your adventure in Bonito. Take a stroll among the Jaguar
Mouth Waterfalls. Have a close encounter with red araras at the crater of
Macaws' Hole. Go snorkelling in the transparent waters of Silver River.

- Day 1: Rio de Janeiro
Rio de Janeiro is all about taking a stroll on Copacabana or Ipanema beach, cycling, meeting friends and admiring the sunset.
- Day 2: Rio de Janeiro
Continue exploring the city. Guided tours to Corcobado and Sugar Loaf.
- Day 3: Rio de Janeiro.
Final day in Rio. Additional tours to Samba schools or a visit to Maracana Stadium can be arranged upon request.
- Day 4: Iguazu Falls
An early flight to Iguazu Falls where you will witness one of the most magnificent natural spectacles of the world. For those seeking adventure, a concrete platform allows breathtaking views from inside the falls.
- Day 5: Iguazu Falls
Enjoy a variety of local tour options, among which the Macuco Safari and a visit to the Bird's Park are strongly recommended.
- Day 6: Travel to South Pantanal
Midday flight to Campo Grande via Sao Paulo. Take a stroll with the wild capybara that share Latin America’s biggest urban park with the city’s joggers, walkers and cyclists. Learn about the region’s indigenous people at the Dom Bosco museum.
- Day 7: South Pantanal
For the next three days you will stay at a working cattle ranch deep in Brazil’s ‘Wild West’ wetlands region. This provides some of the best opportunities for close encounters with wildlife on hikes, night safaris, boat and fishing trips and horseback rides. Enjoy hearty meals at the ranch and relax on hammocks or by the pool.
- Day 8: South Pantanal

- Day 10: Pantanal – Bonito
Travel back to Bonito, a drive of approximately 3 hours. Accommodation in a local Pousada.
- Day 11: Bonito
After breakfast transfer to Silver River for an amazing snorkelling experience. Afternoon with Contemplation at Macaws Hole, transfer back to Pousada.
- Day 12: Bonito
After breakfast transfer for the full day Jaguar Mouth eco-tour. Transfer back to Pousada.
- Day 13: Bonito – Rio Grande – Sao Paulo or Santa Cruz, Bolivia
After breakfast transfer to Blue Lake Cave. Transfer back and check-out. Private transfer (only driver) back to Campo Grande airport.
