HighLives respect the privacy of every person who visits, registers with or subscribes to our website and Club("you"), and is committed to ensuring a safe online experience.
This Privacy Statement outlines the information we may collect about you in relation to your use of our website and related products and services ("personal data") and how we may use that personal data. It also outlines the methods by which we and our service providers may monitor your online behaviour in order to deliver customised advertisements and marketing materials and other tailored services. Collection of Personal Data
Our primary goal in collecting personal data from you is to give you an enjoyable customised experience whilst allowing us to provide services and features that most likely meet your needs.
We collect certain personal data from you, which you give to us when using our site and/or registering to our Club. However, we also give you the option to access our site’s home pages without registering or disclosing your personal data.
Please note that we do not intend to collect any personal data from children under thirteen years of age and no child under thirteen should submit any personal data to our site. Should we discover that any such personal data has been delivered to our site, we will remove that information as soon as possible.
Types of personal data held and its use
1.Customer Services and Administration
We only collect personally identifiable data (such as names, addresses, email addresses, and telephone numbers) when our visitors have voluntarily submitted it. Visitors may volunteer personal information in the following circumstances: to become a member to our club, register for our open days, subscribe to newsletters, enter competitions, request brochures, make general enquiries, and book on-line. We do not collect personal information unless it has been submitted to us. Thus, visitors can visit our site and remain completely anonymous. We will may only collect demographic information such as your postal area, age, gender, purchasing preferences and interests.
HighLives may collect a combination of the two types of information, which may link some of the demographic information to you personally.
This information is used to administer and deliver to you the products and/or services you have requested, to operate our site efficiently and improve our service to you, and to retain records of our business transactions and communications.
2.Monitoring use of our Sites
Where, as part of our Site’s services, we enable you to post information or materials on our Site, we may access and monitor any information which you upload or input, including in any password-protected sections. We also monitor and/or record the different Site you visit and actions taken on those Sites, e.g. content viewed or searched for.
This information may be used for one or more of the following purposes:
- to fulfil our obligations to you;
- to improve the efficiency, quality and design of our Sites and services;
- to track compliance with our terms and conditions of use, e.g. to ensure that you are acting within the scope of your user licence;

We give you the opportunity to opt-out of receiving marketing communications and will in certain circumstances need to obtain your consent before sending such communications to you. We have engaged a third party advertising provider to run a system for us designed to track customers' online activity on our Sites with a view to displaying advertisements which we believe will be of interest. Certain information about your visit to our site is therefore recorded by them. The information is collected and used anonymously, without reference to other data which could identify you. It does not include your name, street address, email address or telephone number.
However, you have the right to exercise control over the way we monitor you online in this way and are entitled to opt-out of receiving behavioral advertising. Any other purposes for which HighLives wishes to use your personal data will be notified to you and your personal data will not be used for any such purpose without obtaining your prior consent.

All our Sites use "cookies".

We are committed to keeping the data you provide us secure and will take reasonable precautions to protect your personal data from loss, misuse or alteration.
