Thank you for your visit to HighLives' website.

HighLives is a specialist in travel to the Andes and South America, working in Bolivia, Peru, Ecuador as well as Colombia, Chile and Argentina. Most of the travel experiences on our website are ideas to inspire you, we can put together a tailor made trip, whether you want to partly travel independently or have everything organised for you. If you are looking to have a holiday in celebration of a special occasion, want something different for your perfect honeymoon, seek adventure or tranquility where many haven’t; all with the peace of mind that we will take good care of all the details.

We have carefully selected the hotels we recommend at our destinations, work closely with local guides and operators to make your travel experience unforgettable. You can see some of the testimonials we have received, see here.

We have some small group departures to Peru, Ecuador and Bolivia that you are also welcome to join. Our group departures tend to have 4-5 people.

We hope to be able to help you in your visit to South America. We can assist with flights, accommodation, tours and any special interest you may want to add.

Your money is protected

When you book an experience with us, every penny you pay is protected by the Travel Trust Association. 

HighLives is a member of the Travel Trust Association, our membership number is U8743. This membership requires that we deposit your money into a Trust account, which needs the permission of an appointed trustee before any payments are authorised. 

The Travel Trust Association also provides you with a financial guarantee of up to £11,000 per passenger where it is not available in the Trust account.

The account and the guarantee ensure that all the money you have paid when booking with us is safely protected and available to be reimbursed.

ATOL protected

When you book a flight and a hotel, transport or excursion with HighLives, both your money and your holiday are protected, not only by the Travel Trust Association, but also by the ATOL protection.

ATOL is a financial protection scheme for holidaymakers. If an ATOL tour operator fails, the ATOL scheme ensures customers contracted with the ATOL holder for an air package or a flight, do not lose the money paid over or are not stranded abroad.  To learn more on the ATOL protection click here.
